Clark-Drain Team is helping to raise money for cancer charity

Clark-Drain is taking part in this year’s Keyline Charity Rally to support the Civils Distributor in reaching its 2015 target of £100,000 for the event’s charity - Prostate Cancer UK.

Also known as the 'Sound Of Musicals' Rally, the event, organised by Keyline, begins on the 24th June and will see staff from across the Group and their supplier base taking part in a drive to and from Lake Como in Italy in just four days. With a musicals theme, many of the rally vehicles will undergo custom makeovers before their 1,400-mile round trip.

Pippa Tovey, Dave Westacott and John Carter of Clark-Drain will join the rally in a 19 year old Mercedes which will take on the personality of The Phantom of the Opera.

As well as raising money for the charity, the rally is about increasing awareness of prostate cancer. Over the years, through continued support from fundraisers, Prostate Cancer UK has invested millions of pounds in research, services and awareness and is leading the way in providing prostate education to medical professionals.

John Carter, Key Account Manager at Clark-Drain said: “This is the first year that Clark-Drain has taken part in this annual rally and we are extremely pleased to be supporting Keyline and helping them to reach their fund raising target of £100,000.

Our thanks go out to all who sponsor us!”
