The new CE100 Series drainage channel from Clark Drain has the advantage of being fastened by a boltless catch-lock locking mechanism. It is available either pre-sloped or as a constant depth polymer concrete channel and complete with a ductile iron edge rail and Class F900kn ductile slotted grating.

NEW CD M SERIES POLYMER CONCRETE DRAINAGE CHANNEL | |
Clark-Drain, the leading UK supplier of drainage solutions, has introduced a new CD M polymer concrete drainage channel complete with an integrated polymer concrete slotted Class F900kn grating. This forms a fully secure system and the gratings cannot be removed. Its major advantage is that it is a one-piece unit with no bolts, ideal for traffic areas subject to dynamic loads. Furthermore, with a grating slot size of just 13mm, which is considerably less than standard products on the market, the amount of debris getting into channels is drastically reduced.

DON'T CUT CORNERS IN MANHOLE COVER SPECIFICATION | |
Clark- Drain believes that there are still not enough guidelines or standards in place to ensure the highest possible quality in the manufacture of manhole covers. This is in spite of Part H of the Building Regulations and introduction of approvals such as those provided by LANTAC. The result is that some suppliers can still choose to introduce cheaper, inferior products that comply with existing guidelines and legislation but have much lower performance and durability whilst also potentially compromising health and safety.

V&A WATER GARDEN LANDSCAPED USING CLARK-DRAIN COVERS | |
A series of bespoke manhole covers have been fabricated by Clark-Drain Limited to facilitate the installation of hard landscaping around a recently completed pool and fountains at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. The 50 metre long elliptical pool within the central courtyard to the world famous museum has been designed by Kim Wilkie Associates while Szerelmey, a firm of specialist stonemasons was Clark-Drain's immediate client.
