Easy assembly and installation - the new B125 chamber has push-fit connections, allowing interlocking panels to be assembled quickly to accommodate the recommended depths for different utility applications. Sliding T-Slot corner connections aid levelling and assembly, and pre-trepanned entries allow standard duct entry diameters to be drilled with no measuring or marking.
Honeycomb structure - The unique honeycomb structure of the chamber panels allow concrete to flow into the voids, adding to the overall structural strength.
Safe and durable - The non-ferrous B125 composite cover is non-conductive thus protecting pedestrians against voltage dispersion especially in wet environments. Resistant to chemicals, deformation, rust and corrosion, the cover is designed to provide optimum product life span.
Clear opening sizes - Panels are available in 300mm, 450mm and 600mm widths, enabling a range of chamber sizes to be assembled.
Supports highway works specification - Installed chambers meet Highway Regulations for minimum duct cover in verges, footways or open ground.
Noise reduction - the cover reduces noise pollution when installed as the composite material has a low density, deadening footfall and traffic noise.
Slip resistance - Surface tread pattern provides a PSRV slip resistant value of 60.
Recyclable - Panels are injection moulded in 100% recycled polypropylene and are recyclable at end of life.
Duct sizes - Trepanned entries accept 63mm, 110mm, 120mm and 160mm diameter duct with a 178mm indentation for larger specifications.
